Two new flavors drop this week:
Monday: Don Albacorelone
Wild-caught albacore tuna salad with crisp veggies, red quinoa, and a wasabi-sesame vinaigrette.
Thursday: Tamariana Grande
Tamari-glazed turkey sausage over udon with edamame, charred zucchini, pickled ginger, a tamari egg, and cashew-tamari vinaigrette.

There’s a new way to refuel at somofit. Wylde Provisions Co. opened a smart fridge kiosk at the club stocked with fresh, protein-forward bowls you can grab on your way out of a workout, on your way into work, or to stock up for the week.
During opening week, the week of October 5, every bowl is 10% off. No code needed; it comes off automatically at checkout.
You’ll find the fridge in the lobby, just inside the somofit front door. It’s open to everyone during somofit business hours, no membership needed. If you work at SOMO Village or SOMO Cowork, it’s an easy lunch option a short walk away.
Wylde Provisions Co. is a Sebastopol-based food company founded by Urban Anderson and Andrew Truong. Their mission is to make healthy, flavorful, high-protein meals that are easy to find and don’t break the bank.
Urban is a full-time firefighter paramedic, a new dad, and co-owner of a gym with his wife, Zoe. Meal prep kept slipping and eating out was getting expensive, and he couldn’t find fast, affordable food that met his standards. So he reached out to one of his gym’s founding members, Andrew.
Andrew and his wife, Liya, own and run Terrapin Creek in Bodega Bay, where they’re also the head chefs. Andrew is an award-winning chef with more than twenty years of experience, and he draws on cuisines from around the world.
Together they built a menu with flavors from Asia, Europe, and their own backyard in California, made with local and organic ingredients whenever possible, always with organic chicken and grass-fed beef. Their home base, the Playground + Cafe, is just outside downtown Sebastopol.
Bowls come in compostable containers and keep up to five days in the fridge. They’re made to be eaten cold, though many are good heated up too. Open the dressing and crunchy toppings, add them to the bowl, shake, and lunch is ready.
Fresh bowls arrive every Monday and Thursday. Two staples are always stocked:
A rotating bowl of the week joins them, with a new one on Monday and another on Thursday. The first rotating bowl is Chipotle Off the Old Block.

Grab one for lunch, or take a few of each home and meal prep is done for the week.
